HR Tech 2021 Recap

What a whirlwind of a week! This was our first time presenting at the HRTech Conference and it was a fun success. Hundreds of folks attended our presentation and demo of how Eljun’s low-to-no code iPaaS powered by SnapLogic is transforming the way HCM is done in organizations in every industry. It was also great to see which topics were top of mind for HR Leaders as the HR landscape went through a huge shift in 2020 with another shift is on the horizon.

Rich Dill kicked things off with an introduction of himself being an expert in all things SnapLogic. As one of their Enterprise Solution Architects, Rich brought info on SnapLogic’s impressive global reach and with over 2,000 customers across all verticals. 

Next up was yours truly. First, I started by painting the all too familiar picture of the typical HCM environment today. From the disparate systems siloing data and managing dozens of integrations to redundant points of manual data-entry, these familiar roadblocks are stopping organizations from realizing the potential of their valuable HCM data.

Finally we got to the main event! Eljun Co-Founder and Principal, Zachary Ledford, took over presentation duties. After an introduction to the typical HCM Automation Journey he dove into a demo of an onboarding workflow using SnapLogic’s Premium Workday Snap. You see, in real-time, how a single change to an employee record instantly cascades across multiple HR applications. Not only do changes happen instantly, but they are recorded so your team is better prepared for audits! 

Doing all this yourself would require months (years?) of IT resources and difficult error-prone coding.
